Brief:
Design and create a change programme to change the safety and assurance of an organisation.
Delivery timescale:
The programme had to be initiated in 3 months, with the detailed design and the full approval of the Board in 6 months. This included the resources, skills, cost estimates and plans, as well as the change and communications strategy and outline plans for the programme.
